Privacy Policy
RevDash is a dashboard and engine-sound app. It has no accounts, no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. This page explains every kind of data the app touches.
Location
The app reads your device location (GPS) while it is open to measure speed and, if you turn it on, to warn you about speed cameras ahead. Location is processed on your device only. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not stored after you close the app. The app does not use location in the background.
Bluetooth (Tesla connection)
If you connect a Tesla, the app talks to the car directly over Bluetooth Low Energy using a key that is created and kept on your phone. It reads driving and vehicle state (speed, power, gear, battery, range, tire pressure, door and lock state, temperatures and the active navigation route summary). This data stays on your device. Your VIN is used only to find your car and is not sent to us.
Camera (optional, Android)
The optional "lead car" feature uses the rear camera to detect the vehicle ahead. Frames are analysed on the device in real time and immediately discarded. No image or video is saved or sent anywhere.
Notification access (optional, Android full version)
If you grant notification access, the app reads turn-by-turn notifications from navigation apps to show the next turn on the dashboard. Only navigation notifications are read, processing happens on the device, and nothing is stored or sent.
Diagnostic data (Android)
To improve how quickly the sound responds to the car, the Android app sends a small diagnostic record to our server about once a minute while you are driving. It contains: a random ID generated by the app (not linked to you, your device or your car), the speed source in use, update rate and Bluetooth latency measurements, audio output delay, sensor status, speed, power, throttle, the selected sound and a few on/off settings. It does not contain your location, VIN, name, email, contacts or any identifier from your device. These records are used only to tune the app, are never sold or shared, and are deleted within 12 months. The iPhone and iPad app does not send diagnostic data.
Sound pack download
On first launch the app downloads its sound and speed-camera pack from dash.sody.co.kr. Like any web request, our server sees your IP address in its access logs for this download. No other information is sent.
This website
dash.sody.co.kr uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We do not send your name or email to it, and we use the reports only in aggregate. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The app itself does not use Google Analytics.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your payment details. The app only receives confirmation of which items you own, and stores that on your device.
Settings stored on your device
Your chosen dashboard, sound, language, volume and similar preferences are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
Children
RevDash is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

RevDash 는 계기판·엔진 사운드 앱입니다. 회원가입, 광고, 외부 분석·추적 도구가 없습니다. 앱이 다루는 모든 정보를 아래에 적었습니다.
위치
앱이 켜져 있는 동안 속도를 재고, 켜 두신 경우 앞쪽 단속 카메라를 알리기 위해 기기 위치(GPS)를 읽습니다. 위치는 기기 안에서만 처리되며 저희나 제3자에게 전송되지 않고, 앱을 닫으면 남지 않습니다. 백그라운드 위치는 사용하지 않습니다.
블루투스 (테슬라 연결)
테슬라를 연결하면 폰에서 만들어 폰에만 보관하는 키로 차량과 블루투스 저전력(BLE)으로 직접 통신해 주행·차량 상태(속도, 출력, 기어, 배터리, 주행 가능 거리, 타이어 공기압, 문·잠금 상태, 온도, 내비 경로 요약)를 읽습니다. 이 정보는 기기 안에만 있습니다. 차대번호(VIN)는 차량을 찾는 데만 쓰이고 저희에게 전송되지 않습니다.
카메라 (선택, 안드로이드)
선택 기능인 '앞차 표시'는 뒤 카메라로 앞 차량을 인식합니다. 화면은 기기 안에서 실시간으로 분석된 뒤 바로 버려지며 사진·영상을 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
알림 접근 (선택, 안드로이드 full 버전)
알림 접근을 허용하시면 내비게이션 앱의 길안내 알림을 읽어 계기판에 다음 회전을 표시합니다. 내비 알림만 읽고 기기 안에서 처리하며 저장·전송하지 않습니다.
진단 정보 (안드로이드)
소리가 차의 움직임에 더 빨리 반응하도록 개선하기 위해, 안드로이드 앱은 주행 중 약 1분마다 작은 진단 기록을 저희 서버로 보냅니다. 내용은 앱이 무작위로 만든 ID(사용자·기기·차량과 연결되지 않음), 사용 중인 속도 소스, 갱신 빈도와 블루투스 지연 측정값, 오디오 출력 지연, 센서 상태, 속도, 출력, 가속 정도, 선택한 사운드와 몇 가지 설정 값입니다. 위치, 차대번호, 이름, 이메일, 연락처, 기기 식별자는 포함되지 않습니다. 앱 개선에만 쓰며 판매·공유하지 않고 12개월 안에 삭제합니다. iPhone·iPad 앱은 진단 정보를 보내지 않습니다.
사운드 팩 다운로드
처음 실행할 때 dash.sody.co.kr 에서 사운드·단속 카메라 팩을 받습니다. 일반 웹 요청과 마찬가지로 서버 접속 기록에 IP 주소가 남으며, 그 밖의 정보는 보내지 않습니다.

dash.sody.co.kr 은 방문 수와 많이 보는 페이지를 파악하기 위해 Google 애널리틱스를 사용합니다. Google 애널리틱스는 쿠키를 저장하고 IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 종류, 본 페이지를 받습니다. 이름이나 이메일은 보내지 않으며, 보고서는 통계로만 봅니다. 브라우저 쿠키 설정이나 Google 애널리틱스 차단 부가기능으로 막을 수 있습니다. 앱에는 Google 애널리틱스가 들어 있지 않습니다.
결제
인앱 구매와 구독은 Google Play 또는 App Store 가 처리하며 저희는 결제 정보를 보지 않습니다. 앱은 어떤 상품을 보유했는지만 확인받아 기기에 저장합니다.
기기에 저장되는 설정
선택한 계기판, 사운드, 언어, 음량 같은 설정은 기기에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
아동
RevDash 는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
