RevDash is an entertainment app. It is not a speedometer, navigation system, safety device or driving aid. You use it at your own risk and you are solely responsible for how you drive.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using RevDash (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App asks you to accept the safety notice on first launch; that notice is part of these terms.

2. Entertainment only

The App plays engine sounds and shows gauges for fun. Speed, RPM, gear, power, battery, tire pressure, route and any other values it shows are estimates derived from GPS, phone sensors or data reported by your vehicle. They may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. Do not rely on the App for speed, navigation, vehicle condition, legal compliance or any safety decision. Always use your vehicle's own instruments and warnings.

3. Safe and lawful use

Set up the App before you drive. Do not look at, touch or operate the App while the vehicle is moving.
Mount your device securely so that it does not block your view, airbags or controls.
Keep the volume at a level that lets you clearly hear traffic, horns and emergency vehicles.
Obey all traffic laws and local rules on mobile phone use, in-car screens and vehicle sound. Some places restrict or prohibit artificial vehicle sounds; it is your responsibility to check.
Never use the App's sounds to startle, mislead or harass pedestrians, cyclists or other road users, and never use it in place of a legally required pedestrian warning sound.

4. Vehicle connection

The optional Tesla connection uses Bluetooth to read information from your own vehicle with a key that you create and approve. RevDash is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Tesla, Inc. or any other vehicle manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their owners. Pairing a key with your vehicle, and removing it, is your responsibility. The App only requests read access and does not control the vehicle.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability and your responsibility

You use the App at your own risk and are solely responsible for your driving, your vehicle and your compliance with the law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from or related to the App, including traffic accidents, personal injury, property damage, fines, penalties, data loss or vehicle issues. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App or in-app items in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the developer against claims by third parties arising from your use of the App in breach of these terms or of the law.

8. Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Refunds are handled under the store's refund policy. One-time purchases stay with your store account; subscriptions unlock content only while active.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these terms. The current version is always on this page. If you keep using the App after a change, the new terms apply. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Contact: sody@kakao.com.

RevDash 는 오락용 앱입니다. 속도계, 내비게이션, 안전장치 또는 운전 보조 장치가 아닙니다. 앱 사용에 따른 위험과 운전에 대한 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다.

1. 동의

RevDash(이하 "앱")를 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱을 사용하지 마세요. 앱은 처음 실행할 때 안전 고지에 대한 동의를 받으며, 그 고지는 이 약관의 일부입니다.

2. 오락용 앱

앱은 재미를 위해 엔진 소리를 내고 계기판을 보여 줍니다. 표시되는 속도, RPM, 기어, 출력, 배터리, 타이어 공기압, 경로 등 모든 값은 GPS, 휴대폰 센서 또는 차량이 보내는 정보로 계산한 추정값이며, 늦거나 부정확하거나 빠질 수 있습니다. 속도 확인, 길 찾기, 차량 상태 판단, 법규 준수 등 안전과 관련된 어떤 판단에도 앱에 의존하지 마세요. 반드시 차량 자체의 계기판과 경고를 기준으로 하세요.

3. 안전하고 적법한 사용

출발 전에 앱을 설정하고, 차가 움직이는 동안에는 앱을 보거나 만지거나 조작하지 마세요.
휴대폰은 시야, 에어백, 조작 장치를 가리지 않도록 단단히 거치하세요.
주변 차량, 경적, 긴급차량 소리를 분명히 들을 수 있는 음량으로 사용하세요.
모든 교통 법규와 운전 중 휴대폰·화면 사용, 차량 소음에 관한 현지 규정을 지키세요. 인공 차량 소리를 제한하거나 금지하는 지역이 있으니 직접 확인할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
앱의 소리로 보행자, 자전거 이용자, 다른 운전자를 놀라게 하거나 혼동시키거나 괴롭히지 말고, 법으로 정해진 보행자 경고음을 대신하는 용도로 쓰지 마세요.

4. 차량 연결

선택 기능인 테슬라 연결은 사용자가 직접 만들고 승인한 키로 블루투스를 통해 본인 차량의 정보를 읽습니다. RevDash 는 독립 앱이며 Tesla, Inc. 나 다른 자동차 제조사와 제휴하거나 승인·지원을 받지 않습니다. 모든 상표는 해당 소유자의 것입니다. 차량에 키를 등록하고 삭제하는 일은 사용자의 책임이며, 앱은 읽기 권한만 요청하고 차량을 제어하지 않습니다.

5. 보증 부인

앱은 "있는 그대로", "제공 가능한 범위에서" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 정확성, 신뢰성, 특정 목적 적합성, 비침해를 포함한 어떠한 명시적·묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다.

6. 책임의 제한과 사용자의 책임

앱 사용에 따른 위험은 사용자가 부담하며, 운전, 차량, 법규 준수에 대한 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱과 관련하여 발생한 교통사고, 신체 상해, 재산 피해, 과태료·벌금, 데이터 손실, 차량 문제를 포함한 직접·간접·부수·특별·결과적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 책임을 배제할 수 없는 경우 그 책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 사용자가 앱 또는 인앱 상품에 지불한 금액으로 제한됩니다. 이 약관은 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 책임 등 관련 법상 배제할 수 없는 책임까지 배제하지 않습니다.

7. 면책

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 사용자가 이 약관이나 법을 위반하여 앱을 사용함으로써 제3자가 제기하는 청구에 대해 사용자는 개발자를 면책하는 데 동의합니다.

8. 결제

인앱 구매와 구독은 Google Play 또는 App Store 가 각 스토어 약관에 따라 처리하며, 환불은 해당 스토어의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 일회성 구매는 스토어 계정에 남고, 구독은 유효한 동안만 콘텐츠를 엽니다.

9. 변경과 종료

앱이나 이 약관은 바뀔 수 있으며, 최신 내용은 항상 이 페이지에 있습니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 바뀐 약관이 적용됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 언제든 사용을 끝낼 수 있습니다.

10. 준거법과 문의

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 사용자 거주 국가의 강행적인 소비자 보호법을 제한하지 않습니다. 문의: sody@kakao.com
